Who we are
Digital Titan is the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact us at info@digitaltitan.ie.
What we collect
- What you type into our contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
- Basic server logs kept by our web host (IP address, pages requested, time), used only for security and kept for a short period.
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics. Fonts and images are hosted with the site.
Why we use it
We use contact form details to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. The legal basis is your consent and, once you're a customer, our contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as Irish tax and company law requires.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run our email and hosting, under data processing agreements. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
